It’s OFFICIAL! FREAK Fitness’ own Darren Mehling is now a Staff writer with Canada’s #1 bobybuilding magazine, MUSCLE INSIDER!

Darren’s new training column, appropriately called FREAK Fitness, will be published in each issue. Darren’s first column with be published in the 7th issue of MUSCLE INSIDER which is going to be released at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow Weekend, June 1-3, 2012.
