FREAK XTREME PERFORMANCE (FXP) Training System

What is the FXP Training System?
The FREAK Xtreme Performance (FXP) Training System is a strength and conditioning program designed to develop all elements of physical strength, systemic conditioning, and mental toughness in order to achieve enhanced levels of human function and superior athletic performance.
Our unique program was developed to improve our athletes’ abilities to perform well at any time doing any task – so he/she is Ready For Anything, Anytime!
We utilize time tested and results proven barbell strength training, Olympic weightlifting, functional bodyweight movements, and hard–core anaerobic and aerobic conditioning to develop a complete fitness program that creates a strong stimulus for physical, mental, and spiritual enhancements.
Our FXP Training System consists of two main components: our Strength Academy and Conditioning Camp sessions.
Within our Strength Academy sessions, we have been able to demonstrate that training our athletes with a heavy concentration on functional, compound movements, while working on common weak links within those movements, helps them to develop a complete and broad range of strength, speed, and power.
During our Conditioning Camp workouts, our athletes are put through sessions of high intensity, fast–paced work that creates a training effect that cannot be accomplished any other way. Along with tried and true athletic speed and agility drills and brutal complete body circuits, we have found that some of the CrossFit metabolic conditioning workouts are a great addition to our Conditioning Camp toolbox. That is why we use some of the CrossFit benchmark workouts as part of our general program design.
In conjunction with our already unique approach to strength and conditioning, what makes our program even more distinct is the level of intensity with which our athletes consistently train. It’s this mental toughness, the “FREAK Mindset,” that sets our program and our athletes apart.
Just as important as the physical elements of our program, our athletes are motivated to improve by adopting our “FREAK Philosophy.” They are taught to treat every day and every workout as an opportunity to excel. Our mindset program is a goal–oriented training approach in that each athlete aggressively trains for a purpose, and learns to constantly do everything they can, in and out of the gym, to move closer to their objectives.
FXP is more than just exercise. It becomes a way of life, and we have proven that there is no better way to achieve your functional, tactical, and sport–specific fitness, while exceeding your performance goals.
How Do I Get Started?
At FREAK Fitness, you must be invited to join the exclusive FXP Training Program. All FXP applicants must successfully pass an interview and a variety of physical testing to determine suitability for acceptance into the FXP Program. During this application process, applicants are evaluated on their attitude, work ethic, physical abilities, and “coachability.” Only upon successful completion of the selection process, are participants invited to join the FXP Training Program.
