One-time custom–made training programs and diets are available as FREAK Fitness customized programming services.
Custom Training Program – Your program will be designed based on your goals, fitness levels, equipment available, and time available to commit to an exercise program. In this program, ongoing coaching/feedback is not provided.
Custom Meal and Nutritional Supplementation Plan – Your diet will be designed based on your goals, fitness levels, food likes/dislikes, and current activity level. In this program, ongoing coaching/feedback is not provided.

Originally designed for our fitness and figure competitors, the FREAK Fitness Boot Camp group workout has grown dramatically, and the men and women who participate come from many athletic backgrounds and fitness levels.
