FREAK Fitness coaches have the knowledge and experience to make a winning combination and benefit all clients – whether beginners or world–class athletes. Competitions Results:

  • 2009 MABBA Provincial Bodybuilding Championships, 1st Super heavyweight Division, 1st Overall Title
  • 2008 MASA Gimli Strongman Challenge, 2nd place Overall.
  • 2007 MABBA Provincial Bodybuilding Championships, Super Heavyweight Division Champion.
  • 2006 MABBA Provincial Bodybuilding Championships, 2nd place Super Heavyweight Division.
  • 2005 MABBA Provincial Bodybuilding Championships, 4th place Heavyweight.
  • 2005 MABBA Novice Bodybuilding Championships, Heavyweight Champion.
  • 2004 CFSA Western Canada Strongman Final, 4th place, won the Dead lift for Max Weight event. Established new Canadian strongman record with a 805lbs Dead lift. (share record with another competitor) This competition was televised on The Sports Network (TSN).
  • 2004 MASA Dauphin Lug–a–Link Strongman Challenge, 4th place, won both the Farmer’s Walk–Sled drag and the Log Press for Max Weight events.
  • 2003 MASA Omni Sport Strength Challenge, 3rd place.
  • 2003 MASA Winnipeg Ex–Treme Strongman Challenge, 4th place.
  • 2003 MASA Dauphin Lug–a–Link Strongman Challenge, 1st place at end of Day 1, but was injured on last event and could not continue.
  • 2003 MASA Brandon First Nations Winter Festival Strength Challenge – 4th place, won both the Log Press for Max Weight and the Dead lift for Max Weight events. This competition was televised on the local Brandon television network.
  • 2002 Morden Corn ’n Apple Mighty Man – 4th place, won the Car Dead lift Hold event.
  • 1988–1991 – competed and won numerous Regional and Provincial track and field events – shot put, discuss, and sprint relays.
