FREAK Fitness Conditioning Camps

Since our first session five years ago, the FREAK Fitness Conditioning Camp group workouts have grown dramatically and have quickly earned their reputation as the toughest, most challenging, large group workout in Winnipeg (for both men and women).

Over five years of research, testing, and development has been invested into what is now a complete, hardcore, full–body workout! These sessions consist of high intensity, fast–paced work that creates a training effect that cannot be accomplished any other way. Along with tried and true athletic speed and agility drills and brutal complete body circuits, we have found that some of the CrossFit metabolic conditioning workouts are a great addition to our Conditioning Camp toolbox. That is why we use some of the CrossFit benchmark workouts as part of our general program design.

Because of the intense nature of these workouts, we have developed two levels of Conditioning Camps:

Level 1 – For everyone who is new to regular exercise, exercise novices, fitness enthusiasts who do not feel ready for the next level, and for those fitness enthusiasts who want to prove to us that they are ready for more.

Level 2 – Only for the hardcore, goal–oriented, adrenaline junkies! These people have no fear and seek out to challenge themselves with the most intense physical test they can find. Level 2 Conditioning Camps are also the proving ground for those who want to apply to join the FXP or FPS Training Programs.
